Superman Comic Brings in $317,200 in Auction

Action Comics No.1 or the first comic book in which Superman appears  reportedly sold for $317,200 in an Internet auction.

Acquiring the rare copy was John Dolmayan, drummer for the rock band System of a Down and a dealer in rare comic books who reported that he had purchased the comic on behalf of an unidentified client.

This was one of the highest prices ever paid for a comic book. The previous owner purchased the comic in the early 50's for 35 cents.

Are E-cigarettes Safe ?

First developed in China in 2004 e-cigarettes are now sold throughout the world. They might mimic smoking,by giving the user their daily nicotine fix, but are they safe?

Chinese manufacturers have solved that problem by creating an electronic cigarette, which delivers nicotine in a cigarette-like package but without the tobacco and chemical additives that are linked to cancer and other health problems.

An e-cigarette looks remarkably like the real thing and even includes a red light at one end to mimic the burning embers of a cigarette.

But while these products are slowly growing in popularity around the world, they are not approved for use as smoking-cessation aids , and it is still unclear if the amount of nicotine they deliver is safe as little or no testing has been done to determine amounts.

Newest Ghost Whisperer Episode Reveals Disturbing Trend

Maybe just coincidence,  in light of Jamie Kennedy's announcement today of his undying love for his co-star Jennifer Love Hewitt, but tonight's episode featured Hollywood's newest duo appearing together in almost every scene during the first 30 minutes.

This would be OK, if in reality, Mr Kennedy could act. Every phrase out of his mouth this evening sounded like a hysterical shriek. This is his attempt at emotion.

There is only one outcome if this  trend continues (ever increasing silly storyline and the new soul helping team) and that is cancellation.

Jamie Kennedy and Jennifer Love Hewitt - a Ghostly Duo

If you don't believe it is true - yes - Jamie and Jennifer ,co-stars on the hit series Ghost Whisperer, are now a couple as announced by Jamie on Ryan Seacrest's radio program earlier today.

Jennifer Love Hewitt recently announced her "unengagement" to Ross McCall and Kennedy is too dull to realize that this is just love on the rebound.

Check out the new pair this evening on CBS as this is not bound to last.
